Day 1: Journey to Port Douglas via the Captain Cook Highway, one of Australia's most scenic coastal drives. Explore The Rainforest Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary with a guided tour through three wildlife environments. Stop to visit Mossman Gorge before crossing the Daintree River by vehicular ferry. Enjoy a tropical lunch before drop off at Cape Tribulation Resort & Spa. Afternoon rainforest and nocturnal walks available. Dinner at own expense. (L)

Day 2: After breakfast your day is at leisure until after lunch (own expense) when you rejoin your coach for the journey back to Cairns. Enroute enjoy a cruise on the Daintree River and afternoon tea. (B)
