The Novotel and the Hotel Ibis at Homebush Bay are part of the one complex, overlooking Stadium Australia. The complex will offer a seventeen level 4 star Novotel and a nine level 3 star Ibis Hotel. The hotels are located right at Olympic Boulevard, close to the Olympic Park railway station, the Sydney arena (20 000 people), the Olympic stadium (110 000 seats).
