There are Day Tours & Cruises galore for every taste and budget to help you explore our beautiful city of Sydney and its surrounds.

But there is more to New South Wales than Sydney.

Just over 100km west of Sydney lies the Blue Mountains National Park, named as such because of the blue haze created by the eucalyptus oil evaporating from the many gum trees covering the mountains. Formed over several million years ago and still remaining largely untamed, this unique region is famous for its spectacular rock formations and abundant flora and wildlife. From the many lookouts you can see the blue ridges fade into the distance, walk amongst the roaring waterfalls and through canyons that remain unchanged since the Jurassic era. Ride the scenic railway, the steepest incline railway in the world, or enjoy the breathtaking views from the Skyway. Inspect the famous rock formations of the Three Sisters, The Ruined Castle and the Pulpit Rock and learn their Aboriginal legends. Jenolan Caves, located 76km from Katoomba, the capital of the Blue Mountains, is a spectacular conservation reserve with its nine showcase caves recognised as some of the best naturally decorated lime caves in the world.

There is a variety of day tours with daily departures from Sydney, but if you'd rather stay a night or two, check out our exclusive package at the extraordinary Peppers Fairmont Resort

Some 2.5 hours north of Sydney, from a kaleidoscope of pristine beaches and rugged mountain scenery of Lake Macquarie, the maritime city of Newcastle, the vineyards of Hunter Valley to the pearly white beaches and crystal clear waters of Port Stephens lies The Hunter Region.

Hunter Valley Wine Country is Australia’s oldest wine producing region with wine making traditions dating back over 150 years. The valley houses some of Australia’s famous wineries. Pokolbin is the heart of the wine country, where warm welcomes abound and friendly conversations are aplenty. Tour the wineries and buy famous Australian wines from the very people who made them.

The award winning Hunter Resort Country Estate offers fantastic packages, including tours of the wine country and wine appreciation courses
Or go for 5 star luxury at the stunning Peppers Guest House

Travelling further along the coast line you will reach Port Stephens, acknowledged as one of the most spectacular holiday resorts on the east coast. The area offers stunning coastal scenery and natural bushland, which abounds in native flora and fauna. Port Stephens’ most famous residents are the families of dolphins who follow the dolphin watch cruises into the port.

If you are looking for a seaside retreat, you simply cannot do past the beautiful Peppers Anchorage Port Stephens

Please note that all offers are valid for a limited time only, so start packing ...

Kind regards,
