I wanted to thank you for putting together a wonderful trip for Jim, Lindsey and me. The cities, hotels, and site seeing trips were perfectly tailored for what we wanted. You achieved a great mix of child-friendly activities. We stayed busy each day, but never felt exhausted. There were also several opportunities to spend an evening or an afternoon free to relax or explore at our own pace. There is no doubt in our minds that we would have missed many memorable things had we tried to tour Australia and New Zealand 'on our own' without someone as knowledgeable as you crafting the itinerary. We had a fantastic vacation and would like to extend out thanks to you for organising it - all the arrangements worked without a hitch and by the end we felt like we had been away for months and more importantly we had a good balance between things for us and for Thomas. He loved the chopper trip, as we did - it was really great to have the personal touch and had a very pleasant
meal after the trip with one of the staff.
Thomas's Christmas surprise kept him on tender hooks and, yes, Steve Irwin did the Saltie feeding show so Thomas was over the moon. Fraser Island was an ideal relaxing end to the holiday despite the intermittent rain and Thomas had a great time with the Junior Eco Rangers and making friends with all the kids at the resort.
As I said earlier we enjoyed the "personalised" trips most - the chopper trip, the 4WD to the Blue Mountains… Martin, Malaysia

We have returned to a freezing Uk and want to return!!! We have had temperatures recorded in our area of -9c. Tanya, we have just returned from our 4 week holiday to Australia and I thought I would drop you a line to say thank you very much for all of your help prior to our departure. We are pleased to say that everything ran smoothly, we were picked up from the airports and taken to our chosen hotels in clean and airconditioned vehicles, all the drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The Hotels were all good.

Swiss Grand at Bondi Beach - We didn't really know what to expect from Bondi and when we arrived were a little surprised at the number of cafes and bars across the front - certainly a very lively area. Our hotel was above some of these but apart from one night there was no noise at all from the number of clubs etc below us. A great place to lie on the beach in your littlest bikini and then hit the bars and clubs at night. Hotel was clean, food was good, staff was helpful and friendly and although the roof top pool was small it served the purpose.

Angsana Resort, Palm Cove - The best ever!! We really enjoyed our stay here. Palm Cove is beautiful, it is peaceful but just a short walk away are a number of other hotels with a selection of restaurants and bars. The service can't be faulted, from the welcoming glasses of champagne on arrival to the tour officer who came in twice a day everything was perfect. We were guided as to what tours may suit us and everything ran like clockwork. Snorkelling off the Frankland Islands on Christmas Eve, the Night Zoo (great fun, plenty to eat, drink and dancing), Skyrail to Kuranda were all fabulous. The resort had three warm swimming pools and the food there was superb. Couldn't get enough of the place and were sad to leave.

Novotel, St. Kilda - Another good hotel. Recently decorated on the outside it stands out as a large modern and clean hotel in this area. They do a really nice seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday night and the staff are really friendly. St. Kilda itself looks as though it is having an update, the cafes along Fitzroy Street are mixed but there are some excellent places to eat. We had a great time here - again, didn't want to leave.

So thank you for your help, its a bit nervewracking booking everything over the internet but it all went really well and we felt we should let you know.
